Just moved into new home in Bloomington today and carbon monoxide detectors went off. Had plumber check things out, all ok…. Needing further inspection from a HVAC company I frantically called ProAir, explained the situation and within an hour a technician was here to inspect property. The technician was great, very professional and clearly explained what he checked out. I will definitely call them again for any other HVAC issues. Thank you ProAir for your quick response! You made a newcomer to Bloomington feel more at home!

10 star review for Pro Air !!!! We have been working with them for years now, everything from our HVAC and electrical work and have never had an even slightly questionable visit. We have a 100+ year old farm house and they have done our primary HVAC, secondary HVAC (mini split system), run new cold air returns, and more electrical work than I can even mention. They understand our priorities, and make them their own. Easy to work with, and will give it to you straight, no BS, no high pressure sales tactics and they have options. Techs are always neat, clean, professional and above all personable. The techs take the time to understand your needs, use their years of experience and training to get an agreed upon result. They offer options, and take the time to look around to see if there is a better solution. Honestly Dustin probably knows the ins and outs of my house better than I do. He has worked with us all this time and he knows my expectations and has never once fallen short.

Called first thing this morning when we realized overnight that the AC went out and was no longer cooling the house(of course just when a heat advisory hits). A tech, Mario, was out to our house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem(a blown capacitor) and got us fixed up before noon. Not even dinner time and my home is back to pleasantly cool. Our tech was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient and furthermore the price didn’t break the bank. Highly recommend

ProAir sent a crew of 3, Ryan, Tyler and Jason. They were kind, professional and hardworking . They worked for 10 solid hours removing the old hvac system and installing the new Carrier furnace and air conditioner. This included making sure the vent in the crawl space and the new vent in the roof were perfect. They installed, calibrated and verified that all units were working at its optimal settings. They walked us through all the functions and settings in detail. They did not take breaks including not eating lunch. Their dedication and work ethic were impressive. Thank you to them for all their efforts and service today. 5 STARS!!! Vickie Reynolds

Thank you so much to Matt and his team! They did an amazing job. I needed way more work than I thought and for our safety he made our job a priority today. They were so kind and very thorough! He even took time to talk with my kids when they asked questions and was very patient.
